Complete your registration for the conference through our online platform and secure your participation in the event. The process is quick and can be completed in just a few steps.

Registration includes: registration package, admission to all sessions of any of the symposia, and coffee breaks during the morning and afternoon breaks.
Registration does not include: accommodation, visits, lunch, the conference dinner, or other optional activities.
Cancellation of the purchase must be requested in writing by email to administracion@ismscadiz.es. Cancellation requests made by telephone will not be taken into account.
When cancellations are made on or before May 15, 2026, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded, except for 10% of the total. This 10% corresponds to management fees.
When cancellations are made between May 16, 2026 and June 1, 2026, both inclusive, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
After June 2, 2026 inclusive, cancellations will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
Attention:
If the submission you send is not accepted at the congress, you will be entitled to a full refund of your registration.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing (by email) to administracion@ismscadiz.es before the dates indicated above.
