5. Cancellation and refund policy
These cancellation and refund conditions apply to registrations and purchases made through https://ismscadiz.es/.
Cancellation of the purchase must always be requested in writing by email addressed to:

Cancellation requests made by telephone will not be taken into account.
Refund deadlines and conditions:
- Cancellations until May 15, 2026 (inclusive):
The full amount of the purchase will be refunded minus 10%, which will be retained as management fees. - Cancellations between May 16, 2026 and June 1, 2026 (both inclusive):
50% of the amount paid will be refunded. - From June 2, 2026 (inclusive):
Cancellations will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
Communication not accepted at the congress
In the event that the communication you submit is not accepted at the congress, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount of your registration.
To do so, you must request the refund in writing by email to:

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and within the deadlines indicated above.
6. Modification of the conditions
Linckia Integria, S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms of use and contracting at any time. The modifications will be published on the website, and it is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between Linckia Integria, S.L. and the user shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. For any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the website, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo (Pontevedra), unless consumer protection regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
